"New Painting from the Slumber House Insomnia! Awakening Artwork"

Insomnia? Get Up And Paint.
Last night I could not sleep, I just kept waking up every few minutes. It was ridiculous because I love to sleep but last night it just didn't happen. I guess sometimes my mind wants to stay up while my body wants to take a rest. What a fight -all night long! "Insomnia" an original artwork was made from my oil and vinegar Plate # 81. This one looks great on a canvas painting.
This is an original artpiece from my gallery. Check out my designer shoes too.

A Paisley Notion

I started this project with the idea of simply making and selecting oil and vinegar colorized plates as art. But I could not stop myself from going to the next level of the design process... "A Paisley Notion" has a hint of nostalgic presence and delicate design. My art pieces are totally my own and are never copied. What you see is an original work of art. Tommorrow I will try something new. I just really want to keep the inital step solid so that each art piece has a consistent creative idea. Sleeping ins important for mind and body health. I sleep at least 6-7 hours a night and wake up refreshed.
And I do yoga first thing in the morning.
